This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment No. 1”) amends the statement on Schedule 13G (the “Schedule 13G”) originally filed on February 13, 2020 by the Reporting Person with respect to the ordinary shares of Fiverr International Ltd.
(the “Company”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined have the meanings set forth in the Schedule 13G. This Amendment No. 1 constitutes an “exit filing” for the Reporting Person.
